QUEEN-SIZED DEAL

Jones Lang LaSalle's Rob Metcalf and Brannan Moss (pictured in their Buckhead offices) have brokered more than 400K SF in office deals in the past few weeks, including Towers Watson's lease at One Alliance Center and Reznick Group at Two Alliance Center.
 
We drove by and snapped a pic of the King & Queen where Rob and Brannan's most recent deal took place. The two just helpedSamsung lease 16K SF at Concourse Corporate Center VI, popularly known as the "Queen" building. Cousins Properties' David Shoperepped the landlord.
