PWC GOING TO 12TH & MIDTOWN

One of the Big Four is officially making 12th & Midtown its new home. And it gets its own sign to boot.
 
PricewaterhouseCoopers just announced it has consummated a deal to move all its 1,100 staff to 140k SF at 1075 Peachtree, the 725K SF Class-A tower in the Daniel Corp Midtown mixed-use project. The company inked the deal for 16 years and will move in mid-2012, company officials tell us. CB Richard Ellis' John Shlesinger andTimothy Dempsey brokered the lease for PwC, while Doug Guedry(above, taking Bisnow on a tour of the tower recently) represented the landlord. PwC will also get marquis signage on top of 1075 Peachtree. This deal now puts the tower at more than 60% leased, with Boston Consulting Group and Seyfarth Shaw also there.
