TPA Realty Services recently hosted a sporting clay event at Barnsley Gardens Resort?s Springbank Plantation in Adairsville, Ga., to help promote Highland 75, its 706-acre master-planned industrial/corporate park development in White, Ga. one mile east of I-75. Here?s Ga. Dept. of Economic Development's Annie Baxter, Binswanger?s Dan Stubbs,  and TPA Realty Services' John Watson. The guests—11 brokers and state economic developers—spent some time at the Highland 75 site, where the  first phase of the development?s parkway was recently completed. The group then continued on to Springbank where they were treated to an afternoon of skeet shooting on the 1,500-acre resort. They say it's a tenant's market, but most deferred to whoever had the gun.
