PRU SELLS BUCKHEAD APARTMENTS

Don't forget multifamily. Prudential has just sold off Brookwood Valley Apartments, a 240-unit project on Peachtree Street, across from Piedmont Hospital, for $17.25M. The buyer is Ohio-based The Connor Group, according to Databank. Cushman & Wakefield's David Gutting brokered the sale. Databank also reports that PRU's mortgage arm (as special servicer) sold The Retreat at Arc Way in Gwinnett County, brokered by Cushman & Wakefield. Florida-based Ventron  purchased the deal for around $10M.
