It wasn't just about honoring the city's most powerful women in real estate at our event last week—it was about gathering news. For instance, Colliers International's Holly Hughes (with Tandus-Centiva's Tanya Ogden) just informed us her firm got the leasing assignment for 900 Ashwood, the 200k SF office building in Central Perimeter in special service with LNR.

Two Realty Partners' Sharon Altenbach (whom we snapped with Two Realty partner Jill Goldberg and daughter CBRE's Sabrina Gibson) is readying for the grand opening of Restoration Hardware's flagship Buckhead design store (brokered by Jill). Congrats are in order: The firm is celebrating its four-year anniversary this month.

Selig Enterprise's Cathy Selig (here with CBRE's Nadia Noel) just participated in the Susan G Komen two-day walk and got to tour many of Atlanta's urban neighborhoods on foot. “It was exciting to see how Atlanta is becoming so urban with all our different neighborhoods,” she tells us.
