That's right. Pattillo's Larry Callahan tells us his firm is strongly considering a 75k SF spec manufacutring facility in the Hall County market, feeding what he sees as strong demand from manufacturers. Pattillo has been focused on the North Georgia industrial marketplace for many years, and even struck a couple of recent successes, including the King Hawaiian's plant and the ZF plant, which when fully completed, will represent a $100M investment in the area. ?In terms of what is active right now, and what we're active with, it's manufacturing,? Larry says. ?We're seeing that market tighten up and that's when you do speculative development.?
