Parmenter Buying Again

After being a net seller last year, Parmenter Realty Partners is about to go shopping again with some $500M in cash. We spoke with Parmenter's John Davidson, who tells us the firm is “bullish on Atlanta” and is seeking value-add office buys in Buckhead, Midtown, Central Perimeter, and even the Northwest. To do so, Parmenter is raising capital for its fifth fund. Last year, Parmenter sold Gwinnett Commerce Center, Overlook III, and 1000 Parkwood Circle as it winds down funds II and III.
