ON TOP OF THE WORLD

As we mentioned above, the ACBR held its annual Million Dollar Club Awards last week at St. Regis. John and Sam, of course, were the top office tenant brokers in the metro area this past year. Other top winners include: CBRE's Christopher Decoufle for investment sales; Symmedian Technologies' Robert Hutson and Michael Demperio for industrial tenant brokerage; Lisa Ward with IDI for industrial landlord; Scott McGregor with Resource Real Estate Partners for land brokerage; SRS Real Estate Partners'Ray Uttenhove, Lizz Kabat, and Stephen Gunning for retail brokerage; and Chris Ahrenkiel with Tishman Speyer for office landlord.
Raulet Properties John Raulet received the Alvin B. Cates award from Cushman & Wakefield's Ken Ashley, chairman of this year's Million Dollar Club, and CBRE'S Ryan Irvine, who also chairs the Young Council of Realtors.
