Shouting "Ole!" every time you sold an industrial building would normally make you pompous. But this time it's more a statement of fact.
 
Food maker Ole Mexican Foods has purchased 6485 Crescent Drive Drive from Weingarten Realty for more than $9M. The company plans to expand their operations from down the street into the  300k-plus SF facility. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's  Peter Everett  and Dave Watson (pictured) repped Weingarten, and CBRE's Bayne Porter repped Ole, though neither replied for comment by press time.
