| It's a done deal. As expected, Alston & Bird has inked a deal torenew and expand 134k SF to a total of 365k SF at One Atlantic Center. The new lease resets for 18 years, Hines officials say, and will expand to 16 floors at the iconic tower, from the current 10, relocating staff from next door Mini-Me tower Atlantic Center Plaza. Cushman & Wakefield's Andrew Ghertner, Ian Henderson, andJohn Izard repped the law firm while Hines' Mark Ferris, Tori Kerr, and John Heagy repped the landlord. |
