The six-story, 144K SF Class A building is located in the Cumberland/Vinings submarket of northwest Atlanta, near the intersection of Paces Ferry Road and I-285. It's owned by Realty Equity Partners. Carter SVP Glenn Kolker says the building has quality finishes, amenities, and value and cites its proximity to the historic Vinings Village, restaurants, and neighborhoods as well as access to the interstates and Hartsfield-Jackson. |
