We chatted last week with our favorite lady in red, Reznick Group's Linda Rowland,  at the company's happy hour. Linda, a senior consultant in the  tax group, tells us right now land owners and developers are eying ways to cut their tax liabilities on land and CRE holdings. A popular method is to determine improvements to accelerate depreciation (and hence lower a tax bill).
Reznick Group's Brittany Langlais  and  Adam Tretinik (with Space Oddity David Bowie back there) are excited about the firm's  future move  from Central Perimeter to Two Alliance Center in Buckhead. ?There's more to do down here,? he says (to emphasize this point, this Reznick happy hour was held at Whiskey Blue in the W Hotel Buckhead).
