SapientNitro is headed to Buckhead. We learned last week that the marketing firm is moving from 500 Northpark Town Center in Central Perimeter and into  23k SF  at the Duke Realty/Pope and Land Enterprises' 3630 Peachtree tower. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Patrick Duffy repped SapientNitro. Pope & Land's Jackie Gauthreaux, Jennifer Koontz  and  Kerry Armstrong brokered for the landlord. Patrick also recently helped put Slalom Consulting into a 9,000 SF office at 3630 Peachtree as well.
