New VP at JLL

Jones Lang  has a cool new addition in Atlanta.  It's  Tom Simpson, veep of the firm's project and development services group. His new job is to snag industrial clients and then help them with their real estate project management needs. Tom comes from Trammel Crow, where he led and managed development and construction in the mid-South region as a senior development manager. Before that, he was with Hardin. JLL?s EVP Brian Terrell sings his praises. ?Tom has had an exceptionally impressive track record in the industry and brings the right experience to our client base here in Atlanta.?
