| JLL's Kay Younglove just notified us that the building formerly known as 245 Perimeter Center is now called Hammond Exchange. The 250k SF building at Hammond Dr and Perimeter Center Pkwy was recently vacated by AutoTrader.com. Kay tells us the renaming emphasizes its proximity to the new GA 400/Hammond Drive interchange. It's new address also is now 1111 Hammond Dr. Kay is leasing the building along with JLL's Kevin Lott. |
