NEW LIFE AT LINDBERGH?

The site of the failed Skyline at Lindbergh development that became emblematic of Atlanta's condo bust could get a shot in the arm this spring.
 

We talked  this morning with Jordan?s David Walmsley, who tells us he has a letter of intent from a buyer for the partially developed lender-owned site. Dave wouldn?t say what the interested party plans for Skyline but mentioned that some potential buyers have talked of finishing the luxury tower while others would scrap  it. Like our fair city after the Civil War, maybe this project will rise again.
