The former operator of Atlanta's Beverly Hills Inn has big plans. We spoke with Nick Amin, who along with another partner, recently purchased 380 14th St, a 20k SF former church. Nick and his co-owners have applied for permitting with the City of Atlanta to turn the facility into a place where visitors can rest their weary heads. (They wouldn't have to purchase new Bibles for the night table.) Or it could certainly stay as a special use, like a church, Nick says. He expects to have a solid direction within 90 days. Nick sold off Buckhead's Beverly Hills Hotel (considered one of America's most haunted hotels, according to Shermans Travel) last year.
