| We know there are two kinds of great parties: ones you can't forget and ones you can't remember. Even though ICSC has been over a couple weeks, the hosts of Retail Happy Hour (including Arnall Golden Gregory's Jonathan Neville, Colliers? Alex Deitch and Franklin Street?s Monetha Cobb) are still thinking about the one they threw at Pure at Caesar?s Palace. They're also looking forward to their next big bash, sometime this summer in Atlanta, Alex tells us. The quarterly events (usually here, except for special occasions like ICSC) bring together local retail RE types (about 500 showed up in Vegas). ?Real estate is all about relationships,? Alex says. ?This is a way for people to meet more people.? |
