The CRE stars came out to NAIOP Night at the St. Regis hotel last week, and we were there to capture the glitter and glam (and absolutely no emceeing by Seth MacFarlane). Here we got Parkway Properties Candy McIntyre, Nicole Willerer, Leah Yzerman and DeKalb Offices Chrissy Smith heading into the big party. Nicole just moved up to Atlanta from Orlando with Parkway.
Hardin Constructions Kyle Taylor, Rule Joy Trammel + Rubios Dan Joy and Hardins Roger Watson. Dan says his firm is designing a new multifamily tower in Charlotte to be developed by Grubb Properties. And the architectural firm along with Hardin is working on a new Terry College of Business building at the University of Georgia in Downtown Athens.
We caught Richard Bowers & Cos Ash Parker contemplating his next Halloween costume (yes, he does start that process this early) along with ICS Contracts Tammy Weeks. We suggested Ash dress as Back to the Futures Doc Emmett Brown.
We got a real mystery here. This car is parked on the lowest level of 3344 Peachtree's parking deck. With the layer of dust, it's evidently been there awhile. And from the messages scrawled in the dust--"I miss you (on the front);" "Come home;" "Where R U" --someone is looking for the owner. We'd love to know the story on this.
