It may not look like much is happening, but bulldozers and cement trucks make it official: The Kraft Foods  build-to-suit in Union City is now under construction. Majestic Realty leased the space to Kraft (repped by Cushman & Wakefield) late last year, and construction on the 980k SF distribution warehouse commenced this month at their Airport Center at Hwy. 138 and I-85, south of the airport. The facility adjoins biotech firm Dendreon, whose building is undergoing interior build-out. Kraft is expected to take occupancy this July.
