| Duke Realty's Brian Sutton has helped ink a renewal for Transdyne at 2855 Premiere Pkwy in Duluth. Brian says the medical transcription company took an extra 12k SF in the deal for seven years. Wilson Hull & Neal's Rick Spiller brokered the deal for the tenant. And just to make sure we get our record straight, Brian also says Duke renewed and expanded EnvisionWare to 19k SF in the same flex building. Unfortunately, Brian tells us, he's beginning to see companies grow cautious about real estate as they await to see if there is a double-dip recession.
