Rick Lackey  has the gestures of The Godfather, and his newestendeavor has him arranging deals like him as well (though we don't remember Vito Corleone ordering a salad). We snapped Rick  at one of his REAL Professionals  networking meetings held at a Regus conference center at 260 Peachtree last week. Rick has been a long-time player in Atlanta's CRE world, founding and heading City Commercial  Real Estate. But his latest venture is a members-only leads group, where professionals from different facets of real estate get together to share market knowledge and potential new business. So far, his company has grown to three groups of about 15 members each-Central Perimeter, southside Atlanta, and Intown. He expects to form BuckheadGA 400, I-75  market, and Gwinnett  groups in the near future.
