| As you heard, Morris, Manning & Martin is headed to Midtown. MMM signed a letter of intent with Dewberry Capital for 140k SF (the top six floors, above), moving there next summer. Its lease expires at Atlanta Financial Center in two years. MMM Partner Frank Bazzel tells us the firm strove for a consensus on an office deal—and more importantly, whether to stay in Buckhead or move to Midtown. ?It was a difficult process,? Frank tells us, ?That's why it took as long as it took,? especially since the firm has made AFC its home since 1987. Architect firm Gensler has been hired to do the interior design for MMM at Campanile. |
