MITSUBISHI BUILDING?

IDI may soon be learning to say ?Domo Arigato? to Mitsubishi HVAC (without the Mr. Roboto).
 
Sources tell us that IDI is the frontrunner for a 500k SF build-to-suit warehouse in Gwinnett County for Mitsubishi HVAC. The new facility would consolidate a number of locations, including its facilities in Suwanee (above, the one at 3400 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd), sources say. Jones Lang LaSalle's Alan Clayton has repped the company numerous times in the past but was unavailable for comment. And IDI officials declined to comment as well. It was unclear as of press time what other developers are being considered for the project. And of course, some are speculating the deal may be on the back burner as Japan itself continues to recover from the multiple disasters brought on by the earthquake.
