Director of project leasing Andy Sumlin is the keeper of Rubenstein Partners' 2M SF  Central Perimeter office portfolio (Atlanta's largest, including 64 & 66 Perimeter Center East, former HQ for Southern Co, and Philips Electronics), where Andy promises up to  500k SF of contiguous space. Plus, the property is on I-285 just east of Ashford Dunwoody (honk if you love a signage opportunity). Andy also has 200k SF of contiguous space at the amenity-rich  Terraces (30 restaurants within walking distance). He says the Central Perimeter Improvement District is preparing another interchange at Hammond Drive and Georgia 400 and reworking the Ashford Dunwoody/285 interchange as a DDI (Diverging Diamond Interchange).
