Malone Construction on Base-Building Atlanta

Malone Construction was founded over 65 years ago and remains a family business despite its becoming an Atlanta corporate interior powerhouse. The company was fully in place when our town became hot among corporations, building out office space for clients such as Coca-Cola, Delta, and Eastern Airlines, SunTrust, Wachovia Bank, and Emory University. President Kirk Malone tells us that the recession actually brought good news: the arrival of Greg Osbourne, a base-building construction specialist. Today, with the industry bouncing back and Atlanta still simmering, Malone is still considered a premiere general contractor in Atlanta. Thanks to Greg's expertise, the company is expanding its base-building construction while continuing to create  corporate interiors and luxury residential projects.
