We caught up with Hines' John Heagy and Carter's  Mike Shelly  at last Thursday's Meet-At event at Villa Christina. John's had a good past few months, capped with the huge renewal and expansion of Alston & Bird at One Alliance Center. And, of course, he's working hard to keep Morris Manning & Martin from leaving Atlanta Financial Center. As we reported yesterday, we hear Carter is in talks with DC-based Cassidy Turley about buying its brokerage unit.
