Lonza America Calls Bluegrass Home

And our final words of the day are "renewal" and "expansion" (much more compelling than "Rosebud"). Because that's just what Lonza America did in Alpharetta. The  biochemical company just inked a 94k SF renewal and expansion at 1200 Bluegrass Lakes Pkwy, taking the entire building. It's certainly a home run (the second one today!) for Lincoln Property Co's Michael Howell, Hunter Henritze and Jeff Henson, who repped landlord OA Development. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Christopher Olsen, Bert Sanders, and Dave Kilborn brokered for the tenant.
