The  biochemical company just inked a 94k SF renewal and expansion at 1200 Bluegrass Lakes Pkwy, taking the entire building. It's certainly a home run (the second one today!) for Lincoln Property Co's Michael HowellHunter Henritze and Jeff Henson, who repped landlord OA Development. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Christopher OlsenBert Sanders, and Dave Kilborn brokered for the tenant.
