LNR KEEPS IT

In what many expected, LNR officially took back 900 Ashwood Parkway after foreclosing on it yesterday in DeKalb County from Griffin Capital. We also hear from Transwestern's Bruce Ford that his firm has been tapped by LNR to manage the property effective immediately (Transwestern's  Greg Frankum  and  Matt Spickard have been leasing it since joining the firm two years ago). We've heard no word on LNR's  immediate plans for the property.
