Select Management Resources has expanded its presence in Alpharetta with a 47k SF lease at Preston Ridge IV. We learned that Lincoln Property Co's Hunter Henritze and Michael Howell brokered the deal late last year with Atlanta Office Realty's Brad Kuehn representing the tenant. And Lincoln Property Co's Jeff Henson repped Going Strong, which leased 5,800 SF at 3028 Adriatic Court in Norcross (with NAI Brannen Goddard's Austin Brannen brokering for the landlord), and Janus Research Group, which inked nearly 6k SF at 280 Interstate North in Cumberland/Galleria (with Atlanta Property Group's Austin Chase and Josh Baine brokering for the landlord). Jeff, a former UGA footballer, joined Lincoln last year.
