Recognize either of these two young ladies? Neither did Bisnow at first. Then we saw the names. These are the daughters of two CRE veterans—Nicole Lackey (dad City Commercial's Rick Lackey) and Brooke Martin (dad CBRE's Leigh Martin), captured here with Stream Realty's Hudson Smythe  at last Thursday's Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtor's October BrokerFest, held at STATS Bar downtown. Brooke just graduated from Western Kentucky University and Nicole from the University of Georgia, and both are now taking the plunge into commercial real estate as brokers with CBRE. Despite the pedigree, the two are not cocky about the industry. ?I've got a lot to learn,? Brooke tells us.
