We went looking for some good news about the market this weekend and actually found some. Jeffrey Solomon of Solomon & Jeffries tells us his law firm has seen an uptick in commercial real estate closings during Q1. (Just don't ask him about residential unless you want to ruin the mood.) Solomon celebrated the commercial side's strong start with public relations pro Mitzi Zieve, who just returned to Atlanta after several years in New York. She's hopeful PR will bounce back, too. |
