LeasePlan to Highwoods' Alpharetta Building?

LeasePlan USA could leave Sanctuary Park for 5405 Windward Pkwy, a Highwoods Properties building in Alpharetta, in a 75k SF new office deal. (This deal would render their company's name somewhat ironic.)

JLL's Rob Metcalf is brokering for the company but could not be reached for comment. The 245k SF building in North Fulton County is attracting the fleet management company from where it's been since 2000. And this isn't the only victory for Highwoods at 5405 Windward: Sources say Andritz is also in talks to lease 40k SF at the building. Icon Commercial's Mitch Kahlert, who reps the German company, could not be reached for comment. Highwoods officials also were mum.
