Krystal Finds New HQ?

Jeff Shaw  may become Atlanta's  new burger king. That is if a major fast-food chain signs its HQ to his Central Perimeter building.
 
Sources tell us that Jeff's new company Fairlead Commercial Real Estate is in talks with Krystal to lease nearly 30k SF at 1455 Lincoln Pkwy, a 182k SF building in Central Perimeter. We reported the submarket was the focus of Krystal's search when the company announced plans to  move its HQ from Chattanooga  earlier this year. Wyatt Realty's Harold Wyatt  is representing the company but was unavailable for comment. Fairlead officials declined to comment. Fairlead acquired the building last year at a  steep discount.
