Kimberly-Clark Spin-Off To Alpharetta

And we told you first! Kimberly-Clark confirmed yesterday to the AJC that it's spin-off is moving to Alpharetta. As we first reported here, the spin-off called Halyard Health is taking in excess of 170k SF at 5405 Windward Pkwy, an office building formerly used by AT&T and owned by Highwood Properties. The deal is one of the single largest so far this year, and represents organic growth out of Kimberly-Clark's wooded Roswell campus.
