JUST HOW MUCH RETAIL?

Local  social media guru  Whatnowatlanta.com's  Caleb Spivak (who is showing how to properly hold an imaginary baby) moderated last week's CREW Atlanta luncheon that focused on what's going on in retail around the city. Panelists included The Gap's director of real estate  Patricia Luster, North American Properties' Mark Toro (who also hired Caleb to handle social media for Atlantic Station), and JLL's Kristin Mueller. And the big conclusion? Atlanta will never be a retail city like NYC or LA. Also, we're  over-retailed.
