| The Atlanta office of Grubb & Ellis is beefing up its investment sales group. The firm lured Paul Johnson and Bob Johnson(they're brothers) from Sperry Van Ness AREP in Atlanta, as well as Paul and Bob's team: Korey Prefontaine, Chris Dundon, Steven Bush, Ryan Williams, and Daniel Yi. Paul and Bob have experience from office and industrial to retail and ?in some instances, we even sold off tracts of land,? Bob tells us. For the team, going to Grubb allowed them to offer more services to clients in-house, including property management and appraisal, Bob says. ?More tools in the toolbox.? For Grubb, the move helps it add to its growing investment sales arm, especially after it hired Chris Becker, whose past experience was with CRT Properties and Crocker Realty Trust, as EVP of its investment sales group over the summer. |
