Jeff Henson's Reason to Deal

Lincoln Property Co's Jeff Henson has one very small—but important reason—to keep his deal flow going. He just welcomed a new baby girl into the world: Hadley Jordan Henson. It's certainly a life changer for Jeff, as any first-time parent discovers in the first weeks. But he says he finds the timing fortuitous now that the market is improving, particularly for the small bread-and-butter tenants of the past 12 months. “I'm seeing a lot of growth and a lot more optimism from tenants, no question.” (Hadley is bullish on rattles and bearish on naps.)

Most recently, Jeff secured a 13k SF deal for ABE Enterprises, which did a five-year lease at 1965 Vaughn Rd in Kennesaw (CBRE's Mark Hawks repped the landlord). He also helped Clearstar ink a 6,000 SF lease at 5855 Shiloh Rd in Alpharetta (Mimms Enterprises' Leo Terrazas repped the landlord) and Integrated Tower Services in nearly 5,000 SF at 1000 Cobb International Dr in Kennesaw (with Wilson, Hull & Neal's Joseph Rogers on the landlord side).
