We snapped Colony Realty's 730 Midtown late yesterday after receiving word that Lincoln Property Co. completed several leases at the building in Q1. Though relatively small, the steady drumbeat of leases totaled nearly 25K SF. In the biggest of the bunch, Year Up, repped by Studley?s Steven Bates, signed for more than 7K SF. Lambda Legal leased more than 3K. Colliers International's Jodi Selvey and Patrick Braswell repped Lambda. Lincoln?s David Danhof and Leigh Braswell repped Colony.
