The Johnson boys and Gary Lee have a new home, leaving JLL for Marcus & Millichap. We caught up with Bob Johnson, Tanya Rader, Gary Lee, Paul Johnson, and Korey Prefontaine on their first week at the investment sales machine. Bob, Paul, and Gary will lead the team, while Korey was named director and Tanya as an analyst. Most recently, Bob and Paul sold Preston Ridge, a 150k SF Alpharetta office building, for RREEF. Dallas-based Westdale purchased the property for nearly $22M.
