ICSC TALKS SITE SELECTION

We found Verizon Wireless CRE director Michael Prince with SRS Real Estate Partners' Lily Heimburger and the great Harold Shumacher of The Shumacher Group enjoying a night of networking during the ICSC Next Generation event last Thursday at Park Tavern. The topic was on retail site selection, and apparently retailers are back out seeking sites: It came out during the event that Kroger is seeking sites for three new stores in metro Atlanta.
