Hyundai and Hanjin Moves

The timing couldn’t be better for Hyundai Shipping to ink an 8,500 SF deal at Mansell Two in Alpharetta, because just up the street, Hanjin Shipping— another Korean company—is downsizing its Atlanta operation and many of the staff are going to Hyundai, according to Transwestern's Bradley Fulkerson, who repped the tenant along with colleague Thomas Savage (PM Realty's Chip Roach brokered for the landlord). And that's given him another assignment: Helping Hanjin lease its emptying 60k SF office building at 4300 North Point Pkwy.
