Cresa's team of Bubba Chrismer, John Flack and Andrew Waguespack helped one of Atlanta's 20 largest accounting firms to stay put in Central Perimeter. In fact, they're not even moving at all. Moores Stephens Tiller renewed 24k SF at the Centrum at Glenridge on Johnson Ferry Road after an extensive search in the CP submarket, Bubba says. (Once you finally get the curtains to hang right, you just don't want to move.) It's an early renewal that locks the firm for another 10 years in the building, owned by Ackerman & Co. Ackerman's Gwen Wegman brokered for the landlord. The team also has recently been asked to help MedAssets search for 125k SF around metro Atlanta for its offices; its lease expires in 2015.
