Michael Howell(right), who recently came aboard Lincoln Property Group from Resource Real Estate, just helped Volkswagen-Audi lease 16,500 SF lease in Northwinds II in Alpharetta. CBRE's Kerry Davidson and Bennett Gottlieb repped the tenant. Lincoln's Hunter Henritze, who was recently promoted to VP, also assisted. Lincoln's new hire comes after Equity Office awarded the company contracts to lease nearly 2M SF in North Fulton County. |
