How Soon Before New Development?

Atlanta hotel company IHG is  eyeing at least two Central Perimeter sites for a new office tower. (So if you've seen people wandering around abandoned lots it might've been them... or someone else.)

Sources tell us Intercontinental Hotel Group is looking at  Seven Oaks' Perimeter Summit and Hines Interests' 100 Northpark(above) to anchor a possible office development. We've reported that IHG has tapped Cushman & Wakefield for an office search, with the potential to move its HQ from Three Ravinia. We did ask our panelists at Bisnow's Atlanta State of Office  yesterday about the IHG deal, but Cushman & Wakefield's  John O'Neill, Hines' John Heagy and Seven Oaks' Bob Voyles declined to comment.
