Jones Lang LaSalle just got a  huge industrial  assignment, 6M SF of industrial properties in Florida, Charlotte, and Atlanta by IndCor Properties, an affiliate of Blackstone Real Estate Advisors. And the Atlanta portion is being leased by the company's newest hire, who's very familiar with it. The portfolio was bought from ProLogis, where Rodney Davidson was for 16 years until the firm merged with AMB. The Atlanta portion of the portfolio consists of  1.8M SF in 10 facilities, including Atlanta West Distribution Center, eight buildings in Westfork Industrial Center and Suwanee Creek, No. 1 Distribution Center.
