Highwoods Properties just signed a deal with North Point Community Church, which leased 42K SF at One Point Royal in Alpharetta, moving from Royal 400. Scotland Wright with Scotland Wright Associates brokered the deal for North Point. We heard about the deal at last week's NAIOP Night festivities at the St. Regis, where we found Highwood's John Grimsley, Jim Bacchetta, Mike Wells, and Jim Legg. | |
