| With the recent acquisition by Northside Hospital of Laureate Medical Group comes a building sale. We spoke with Newmark Knight Frank's Frank Quattro, who tells us he and John Poulos(both seen here at a recent benefit with John's wife Lyn for their daughter Andee) have brokered the sale of 6135 Barfield Rd, a 50k SF office building in Central Perimeter. In turn, Northside plans to completely gut the building and build it out as a MOB. Laureate will occupy half of the facility, with Northside and a host of other tenants taking the rest. Northside paid $4.5M for the property, according to Databank. And MidCity Real Estate Partners' Kirk Demetrops represented the seller. | ||
