Happy (One Week) Anniversary to Loews!

This morning we also snapped Loews Atlanta, as the hotel concludes its first full week of operations (with very clean windows). The anchor of 12th and Midtown, the hotel is the first new-build hotel for Loews in more than five years and the company's first hotel in Georgia. It has 414 guest rooms, a restaurant (Eleven), a bar (Bar Eleven), 25K SF of meeting space, and a spa that will open later this year. It also has plenty of competition from other relatively new, swanky hotels in Atlanta like the Palomar, the W at Colony Square, the St. Regis, and Rosewood at The Mansion on Peachtree. Loews CEO Jonathan Tisch says, "Atlanta has been on our wish list for years. Our hotel is a true gem with spectacular views, beautiful rooms, and an ideal location right in the heart of Midtown."
