Pollock Commercial's  Jeff Pollock  chatted with us about recent intown deals and changes to his firm, including hiring Philip Covin(right) away from Joel & Granot, which emphasizes their intown penetration. Recently, Jeff helped HighGroove Studios ink a  5,500 SF deal  at The Stove Works and Davis Brand Capital  lease 4,400 SF at Inman Alley (where Jeff's HQ is located).
